Category: This paper covers a major policy issue requiring Commission approval. Issue: The paramount issue is whether and under what conditions the Enewetakese can be returned safely to their Atoll which is contaminated wita debris and failout from some 43 weapons test explosions. a conservative margin of safety for people living there.
