Furthermore, it was thought desirable to apply a proximity correction to the Aomoen films which reduced the measured diameters by about Onhike This correction improved the consistency of yield among the three films, so that the resultant maximum scatter was only about # 24 to - 1%, The consistency of yield within each film was also good; film 36326 varied about a mean yield by about f 1%, film 36327 showed a scatter of about # 1.5% to ~ 3%, and film 36336 scattered from approximately # 2.5% to - 2%.
