Val: j Downgrading Military Information Concerning Joint Task Force Seven Mr. Lilienthal reported that a memorandum had been received from the Commanding General, Joint Task Force Seven, informing the Commission of the proposed downgrading from ‘‘secret’’ to ‘‘restricted’’ of certain military information in connection with the proving grounds, and requesting Commission concurrence in downgrading certain other infc:rnmation concerning military activities to ‘‘unclassified’*, (AEC Doc. 47-183).
