COMMISSION CONSIDERATION ON SPECIAL SHOT

1. This will confirm that at Meeting 1361 on April 24, the Conmiasioners
approved proceeding with plans for the special shot and for notifying the Department of State and brfefing the President.
2. The Commissioners also agreed that the GAC should be briefed on
the Special Shot during their next meeting beginning on May 5. The GAG members
are to be asked for their comments at that time.
3. The General Manager has directed that you take the action necessary
to implement the above Commission decisions.
