1. ‘Thie will confirm for your recerds that at Meeting 1359 on
April 21, 1958, the Commissioners said that, subject to any comments from
UCaL, Livermore, they had no objectionto plans for the special shot as cutlined by General Loper at the meeting.
2. You will recall that the Couni.ssioners requested Livermore comments
on the special shot be obtained as soon ae possible and that a letter be prepared
to the GAC requesting that they discuss this matter with the Commissioners on
May 5.
3.
The General Manager has. directed that you take the action necessary
to implement the above requests. Copies of any pertinent correspondence should
be provided the Office of the Secretary.
