The enclosed Operations Plan has a basic missing ingredient,
namely the R. V. Liktanur.
The loss of this vessel has
understandably caused some modification of the original program
effort and raises logistical problems that otherwise would not
have occurred.
An understanding of and sensitivity to these
problems by all involved parties will go a long way towards salvaging
this mission,
This plan has been verbally coordinated with U of H (Smith, Buddemeier),
H&N (Brush, Foard, Nakoa), Global (Ted Murawski), and LLL (Wong).
