Four of the five patients are
already at Ebeye and the fifth (Betty) from Rongelap is expected soon.

like for the patients to be put on the Mac flight of Tuesday, August 26
if that can be arranged. I hope Bill Streenan will meet the flight in
Honolulu and put them on the flight to New York the following day. Would
you arrange to get the patients from Ebeye to Kwajalein during the week
August 18 - 23 and purchase necessary clothing for them as you have done in
the past.
Also arrange for their Mac transportation.
By copy of this letter
I ask AEC Honolulu to send you the necessary authorization. Also by copies
of this letter I ask DISTAD Marshalls and Mr. Ownby to make any necessary
Trust Territory arrangements.
