Some materials and equipment have been shipped to Kwajalein already and we expect Frank Cluff, Ed Held, etc., to depart from Honolulu for Kwajalein on May 24 or 25, depending upon the availability of seate on the May 25 airplane. When you were here the latter part of April, you mentioned 4 book, "U.S. Navel Administration of the Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands," by Dorothy £. Richard. Colonel Jones of my office did a little research at the Pearl Harbor Library and found there are actually three volumes on this subject. A summary of the three books is enclosed, I feel sure this information is available in a Naval Library in Washington. If we can supply more information regarding Commander Richard's writings on the Trust Territory, please let me know. Hope you have not given up the idea of personally visiting Bikini.
