Johnston whose appointment as Trust Territory High Ccoumlesioner had just been confirmed by the Senate. My message fovited him to visit wy office for a briefing on the Bikini Cleanup Project and other programe in which the ARC wae involved in the Trust Territory ares of the Pacific. Bacause of previous couniteents relating to his new appointment, Mr. Johuston advised me he would be unable to accept my invitation until June 27.
