(3) Local availability of supplies and additional equi~
ment will be reported to the Joint T&sk Force by r~dio tissoon as dtermined. In determining availability, N.vy and Air Force sources will
be considered.
(4) An operational project will be prepared by the Joint
Task ~orce to cover equipment not &v~ilable locally. Immediately upon
receipt of notification of the approval of this project, shortages will
be requisitioned from San Francisco Port of Ibharkation by the most expeditious means possible.
