These were discussed by Captain (MR and Dr. Qa with Captain Sam. USN, of the AEC, ani later with Admiral 9yggies ani Captain Gaemiee , USN. Captain gga, with the approval of Aimire] @igum, suggested that Dr. @@iibe be made available to work on planning for hpe-forthcoming tests. Arrangements were made to submit a smooth copy of this program and dis- cuss it with DEEN of Los Alamgs.on.the following day.
