Attached are the draft Chairman's Report and the draft Synopsized
Minutes of the conference held in Las Vegas, Nevada on 4-5 October 1977.
2. Please note that material provided at the conference to participants
has been excluded from enclosure to the minutes sent to participants.
Should additional copies of this material be desired by participants, it
will be provided on request.
3. Participants are requested to notify the Chairman of any exceptions
to either the Chairman's Report or to the Minutes within 14 days of date
of mailing of this letter. If a participant has not notified the Chairman
of his exception within 14 days, it will be assumed that the participant
has no exceptions of note and that his signature is valid without exception.
Notification of exception may be made by message to Commander, FCDNA,
Kirtland AFB, NM/FCZ or by telephone to COL Charles J. Treat or
LTC Manuel L. Sanches. Telephone numbers are area code 505, 264-9568 or
264-9156; AUTOVON 964-9568 or 9186. When provided, exceptions will be
published as addenda to the Chairman's Report or the Minutes, as appropriate.
The participant's signature will be annotated to indicate only agreement
with exceptions.
