B. Medical Surveillance When the Rongelapese were returned to their homeisland, it was planned to inaugurate a program of continuing medical inspections. The Rongelapese would be examined once a month by a Marshallese practitioner and complete medical examination performed once a year by an American physician. Arrangements would be made for urine collections and analyses every three months for the first year and afterward on @ yearly basis unless the findings indicate the necessity for more frequent analyses. A radio would be provided on Rongelap for communication with the Trust Territories Office on Ebeye (Kwajalein Atoll) where a plane would be available at all times for any emergency.
