OAK is scheduled for ELDER plus one.

Problems peculiar to the positioning, arming, and evacuation of the Ofk
zero site were firmed up with TU-1, the A?F Coordinator and Marine
Operations. Since OAK is now scheduled for a morning shot the day after
ELDER the shot barge will leave shortly after ZLDIUR detonation. The
copter barge and other boats will be able to make a night run back to
Himer alright because Marops has placed blinker lights off Janet to
assist them in night operations.
