Force, and the Armed Forces Special Weapons Project and deter~
mined to be transmissible under the policies governing the dis~
closure of classified military information to foreign governments,
It is therefore transmitted herewith for submission to
the Atomic Energy Commission and for the joint determination
of the Commission and Department of Defense that the informa-
tion contained is releasable to these foreign observers in ace
