THE PROBLEM
1. To consider concurring in the use of a proposed talk
by Dr. Ogle to U. K.-Canadian observers at Operation REDWING.
SUMMARY.
2. By letter of June 20, 1956 (Appendix "A") the Chairman,
MLC, transmitted to AEC (1) copy of Department of the Navy
letter dated June 19, 1956,

The DOD also requested AEC concurrence in
the use of the material for briefing the observers.
