Creation of Special Committee. To in- There is hereby created a special joint committee of the Congress of Micronesia 16 to be known as the Special Joint Committee Concerning Rongelap 17 and Utirik Atolls hereinafter referred to as the Special Comittee. 18 The Special Committee shall be composed of three members, to be 19 appointed by the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the 20 House of Representatives. 21 before March 25, 1972.
