President's August 12 letter concerning the resettlement of the Bikinians
and Acting Chairmen Ramey's August 71 letter to the Secretary of the Intericr
indicating AEC's preparedness te cooperate in the development of an
apprepriate plan for resettlement and to assist in its execution.
