20. The AEC programs for research,
testing, development,
production, and storage of atomic weapons in accordance with
approved policies of the Commission are directed by the Division
of Militery Application as provided in the Atomic Energy Act.
The operations offices responsible for placing in effect the
progrems, plans, policies,
and directives of the Division of
Military Application are the Albuquerque Operations Office (ALOC‘
