The enclosed Operations Plan covers Mission No. 10 for FY 1979.
Brookhaven National Laboratory will be conducting whole body
counting and environmental sampling on Rongelap and Utirik from
August 25 through September 6, 1979.
Full coordination of the Plan was not possible because of the.
unavallability of several key personnel.
