Demonstrators of Committee for Non-Violowt Action Against
Nuclear Weapons
Mr, Strauss reported briefly on a telephone call earlier
in the day from Mr, Theodore Olson, a representative of the
Committee for Non-Violent Action Against Nuclear Weapons, Mr. Olson
had stated that the demonstrators in the main lobby of the AEC
Headquarters at Germantown, Maryland, would remain there until
they had an opportunity to speak to the Commissioners, In
response to a question by the Chairman, Mr, Ferguson said the
Chairman was under no legal obligation to accept further telephone
calls from the Committee representatives,
