In the press of other business it was impossible for the Commission to consider AEC 483/20 during the week of September 22. It being clear that the Commission wished to follow the provisions of the NSC Directive of September 17, and that the dispatch of the necessary instructional and information notices should not wait for another week, the Chairman endorsed the sending forward of such notices by the General Manager, the Director of Military Application and the Director of Information Services. 2. There are attached copies of the communications which have been forwarded. 3. This concludes the necessary notifications on the NSC Directive.
