The personnel of the Trust Territory on the entire trip were most cordial and helpful, and I reel that our discussions with them will result in much better understanding of our mutual problems. I had discussions with Luke Howe at Saipan about survey arrangements for next March, and he has agreed to furnish the usual medical support, including certain Trust Territory personnel participation.
