Deer Sir:
A team of AEC and AEC contractor staff are to depart for Bikini Atoll
the week of May 25, 1970 to perform a radiation survey. Ship transportation will te used from Kwajalein to Bikini and retimn. As a
continzency measure it is requested that provisions be made to provide a standby capability to return the team to Kwajalein by air transport should the Trust Territory ship not be available Yor any reason.
The following provides information relevant to such transport:
