"Operational Control for Planning and Coordination", as it pertains to the Commander, Joint Task Force 132 (CJTF 132), comprises those functions involving the composition and internal organization of subordinate units, the designation of objectives, the assignment of taske and specific training for these tasks when it varies from a standard unit training, and the authoritative direction in planning that is necessary to accomplish the mission. It does not include such matters as routine administration, discipline and unit training. b. "Administrative control", as the term is used in this Operation Order, is that control exercised by CJTF 132 for the purpose of coordinating fiscal matters, reports and movements, but does not include personnel administration| | for task groups other than 1G 132.2. c, | "Forward area", as the term is used in this Operation Order, is cefined as that area in which the following islands lie: ENIWETOK ATOLL, K4AJALEIN - ATOLL, BIKINI ATOLL, MAJURO ATOLL, KUSAIE ISLAND and PONAPE ISLAND. d. "Eniwetok Danger Area", as the term is used in this Operation Order is that area centered on ENIVETOK ATOLL and bounded by the meridans 160° 35! - 160°-55! east longitude, and by the parallels 10°-15! ~ 120-45! north lati- tude, an area of 150 miles by 200 miles, e. "Bikini Danger Area", as the term is used in this Qperation Order is that area centered on BIKINI ATOLL and bounded by meridans 1659-10! - 165°331 east longitude and by parallels 129 991-1142! north latitudesan area of 15x25 miles, Action has been taken by this headquarters to obtain modification of the BIKINI Danger Area, DRAFT -, A-l
