number of personnel involved :i11 be small, and can
be handled conveniently during the interim period
between test operations.
On the other hand, during
the buildup period for actual tests, and during test
periods, quarters, messing services, transportation,
etce, are heavily taxed end it is unlikely that we
could accomodate extra personnel.
I understand that Dr. Seymour will return to DEM about February 18
and that Dr. Wallen wishes to discuss the matter in greater detail
with him and with Lt. Colonel Josephson.
A DMA revresentative will
be happy to assist you in resolving any other problem which you may
have in connection with this program and its press release.
