will act as primary advisor to the LSTC on logistics support mattdrs and
will assume the functions and responsibilities of the LSTC in his Jabsence.
Additionally, he is the primary contact between the PACMISTESTCENJTechnical
Contractor and other agencies.

The ship's Master will have absolute authort
responsibility for the safety of his ship and embarked personnel
