I contacted Mre Paul W. Spain this morning concerning jobsite's request in

their Engineering Messaze 0075 to move building 06, Site Elmer, 50! farther

south than was indicated on Drewing 2116=EE-1, which was approved by Pd-3-133,

dated January 1, 1953, Change Order Noe 3736

Jobsite requested this change

to provide adequate voarking area for heavy squipment used on the docke

Mre Spain advised that he had no objection to this suggestion for the location
of building 406. However, he requested that the stabilisation of this area
and the classification yard fence should be processed by the jobsite as a
separate change order and not be installed as a part of Engineering Chenge
Order Noe 37366
Wr. Spain stated that he is leaving this moming for Washington, D. Ce, where
he will remain for the balance of this week. He plans that both he and Mr,

Fred HUhner will be in ow Los Angeles office during the week of February 16.
