The following conditions were found:
Special Service itexs were in a very bad condition with a few
exceptions; mold and rust were Very prevalent in the athletic items,
Band instrumats of all kind wre in very bad condition,

Hawaii for repair and there hed bean no steps taken to preserve the

Mildew resistent tablets were placed in all bins with the hope that
som of the aildez would be retarded until such time as the items
which ere not to be used immediately could be cleaned and packsd,
Clotheback wmterproof paper was tacked in front of the bins to kcep
cat dirt and to confines the gasses from the alliew tablets to e smli
area,

In the nom-expendable warehouse where Quartermaster itens were”
stored, 1% was found that {tems were stored iz an orderly mamer in
keeping with the types of building,
All metal furniture and wooden
