units, some of which contain Air Force property, because of the nonavailability of sufficient trained Air Force personnel,

occasions the packages were allowed to remain open for several days
before the mtter was reported, at a creat loss in delbualdifying ef»
ficlensy, The coordinstion bas deen worked cut very well, and the
undesirable practice aurbed,
