To avoid conflict with fresh and salt water lines shown on Reference 2,
a new location has been selected in the field for the subject substation.
The center of the substation is now lecated 17-1/2 feet from Pole F2D,
normal to the pole line, and 3-1/2 feet toward Pole PU.
Closer checking of drawings before they are issued is requested,
to prevent recurrence of similar conflicts in future designse
