Among the Commission actions taken was approval of the "AEC-DO»
agreement for implementation of joint AEC-DOD nuclear weapon
vulnerability assessment program."
Also at this meeting, Carl Walske was present from Geneva anda
lengthy discussion of test cessation negotiations took place, a copy
of which is in our files.

10 March 1961:
Noted at this meeting was a session of the JCAE later that day at which
Mr. McCloy would testify and the discussion would address the Geneva
Test Ban discussions.

The following is extracted from a discussion of ''Acquisition of Salt Dome
site for Vela Uniform experiments.''
