The original forecast made at ridnizht (both weather and radsafe)

was considered the best available comlition for shot tims.

2. The general recommendation for this briefing was one of minivizing
the effects of the low level osrtherly and westerly winds. The recomendations as givea at the midnicht briefing were restated.
