Supplies will be adequately protected against possible damage in transit to Travis Air Force Base, California. (3) Where air freight packaging is considered too light to withstand surface movement, a temporary cover crate will be used for that portion of the shipment. The outer container will be marked, "Remove Outer Crate for Air Shipment". The complete overseas ad- dress and markings will appear on the inner container only. e.
