No doubt, Bill Streenan has been in touch with you about
this.
If you can arrange a round-trip Mac ticket for them leaving June 23rd
and United Airlines round-trip ticket to Cleveland, Flight 100, leaving at
10:45 P. M. on June 24th to Los Angeles, and leaving Los Angeles June 29th,
9:00 A. M. via United Flight 70 arriving in Cleveland 4:15 P M., it would
be appreciated.
Please leave the return ticket open.
They should be returning around July lst or 2nd.
Ezra Riklon has agreed to accompany the patients
to Cieveland and please also get him the United ticket as outlined above.
It will be appreciated if you would also help Ezra with transportation to
meet the patients on their arrival, etc., and please check with Ezra about
hotel reservations.
Dr. Knudsen plans on leaving here somewhere during the first to the middle
of July to go via Saipan and Continental flights in the islands to Kwajalein.
He will have his wife with him.
They expect to arrive in Kwajalein around
the lst of August.
I have written the CO and Frank Granich about this.
We
will furnish the plane ticket to Honolulu for Knudsen and will furnish you
information later about obtaining his ticket to Saipan and return to Kwajalein.
Hope things are going well in Honolulu.
With best regards,
Sincerely,
TeedRobert A. Conard, M. D.
