‘Dear Mr. Carpenter:
This is in response to your letter of October 5, 1973, received by.
us on November 20, 1973, inquiring about the status of an agreement
between the Atomic Energy Commission and the Government of the Trust
' Territory on the '"Inconvenience Payment to the Utirik People."
Enclosed is a copy of the fully executed agreement.
The agreement
itself, along with the reccipt form to be used, has been revised to
the mutual satisfaction of the AEC and the Trust Territory, the final
revision of the receipt form having been received from AEC by this
office on November 28, 1973.
