—, 13. Article 5. Religious Freedom. A. No employee shall be discriminated against on account of his religious belief or practice or lack thereof. B. The Contractor may, at its own expense, and without funds, assistance or support provided by Government, employ a Chaplain of the Seventh-day Adventist faith to render services as a Chaplain to persons treated in the health services system who desire the services of a Chaplain. Nothing herein shall be contrued to prevent clergy and religious practitioners of other faiths from access to the facilities of the health care system and patients being treated within the system.
