Bikini: Because of information on the radiological conramination of Bikini supplied by the AEC, the Kili council votes not to return the entire com munity to Bikini at this cime, but says it will not prevent individuals <rom returning. High concentrations of plutonium on this island mean habication Will not be possible for 240,000 years. Kwajalein: The Ebeye population is of- ficially estimated act 5,263 people living on 66 acres.
