le Japan = Claims for Nuclear Damages
The Japanese foreign office has given the US embassy in Tokyo detailed
information on their claims for nuclear damage from the 1956 test series.
The embassy recommends prompt consideration in view of the fact that the
Japanese have made an effort to present a reasonable and well documented
claim and that refusal might cause a major controversy and a possible
Japanese appeal to UNGA,
