Guidance for the Inclusion of Funds in the FY 1975 Budget for

Cleanup and Rehabilitation of Eniwetok Atoll, Trust Territory
f the Pacific Islands

and rehabilitation program from Tnterior Assistant Secretary Lind dated

October 17, 1973 (and from Admiral Pete) dated September 18, 1973.

In

response to these leticrs, I would like to provide the following guidance
relating to financial responsibility for this effort.

2. Agencies should requost FY 1975 funds to allow for maintaining existing
base camp activities and for anprovriate radiological survey and monitoring
activities.

Tha FY 1975 request should also provide for some initia

should be sufficient to show continuing Administration commitment to the
