"Revised and concurred in the proposed press release on Operation®
ART 1957, prepared by the Interagency Tmergency Information Coordi-i
nating Group under the chairmanship of the Office of Defense liobiliza- ~—
tion, which had been submitted to the OCB for advice with respect to cS
content and timing from the standpoint of the foreign climate of
