of Bikej in the “wajalein Atoll, Marshal! Islands,
The cost estinmite outlined below is based on the fallowing:

Construction is to be ai Bikej Island,

Fel will furnish all sateriil,

The Navy will transport the meterial to Bike J Island = (no cost included).

Hei will furnish me (1) carpenter forezan, two (2) car penters
one (1) heavy equipment operator,

The Navy Station Kwajalein is tapfurnish the four (4)" reat men housing
and trensportetion cetween Kwajalein and Bikej - (no cost included
