They were tenperarily placed en cous other atell, the name of which I am snsble te recall, and were finally placed on Ujelang end Kili Isiands well to the south but in the Marshall Islands. ‘They received no perficular fallout frem any ef the weapons tests. On the other hand, the Rongelapese were on the Island of Rengelap and some of the people were on Ailinginse on Narch 1, 1954 (BRAVO Event). ‘The 64 on Rongelap received approximstely 75r external gemma dose; the 18 on Ailinginae received 69r external gamna dese; and the 157 netives on the Atoll of Utirik received approxzinustely lér external gaume dosa. On the Atoll ef Rongerik there were 31 American military and weather personnel who received approximately SOr external gaums dose. To the best of my knowledge wo other populated islands received any wusual amowat of fallout frou weapons tests. Bongerik Atoll is ebout 150 miles east ef Bikini. Ailingisse is roughly 75 miles from Bikini. Rongelap is 100 miles and Utirik Atoll is approximstely 300 ailes from Bikiai.
