It is recormended that panel discussions of this problem as
suggested by Dr. Warren be conducted and that such a panel be constituted
of persons naving experience in theorzsy and experiment of particle formation,
debris distributicn, plant uwotake, and ‘internal toxocity, as well as
genekic erfects.
It ts further recommended that the library of pertinent
papers asseipled for this stuay be kept intact.
It is suggested that the
WAL technique of separating one fission product to get at an absolute measure
oo
of i
fission product concentration be adopted.
More measurements in the region
of 100 to 1000 stiles of burst center arc needed.
