Tobin concerning the radioactive analysis of Bikini Atoll water samples. The water samples were just received and Walter Payne of the USPHS, Honolulu has fowarded them to Allan Smith, USPHS, Las Vegas for the analysis, A} will be coordinating this analysis with you.
