By inadvertance I learned of a Comalasion meeting which hag been
scheduled for 11:00 a.m. June 15, 1948, at which time Captain Russell will
report to the Comission and the Miiitary Liaison Comittee regarding
OPRRATION SANDSTONE and that his direstive has been fulfilled.

turbed about Comalssion meetings arranged other than through this office.
On @ previous occasion, mioh to the embarrassment of the Camissioners, tr
meetings were arranged simultaneously.

that every precaution be exercised to see that it did no happen again,
