Subcontract 108 - Sixth Amendment
Attached for the signature approvals of yourself, the Regents
and the AEC are five copies of the Sixth Amendment to the
Cooper Subcontract 108. This amendment increases the total
cost of the work by $24,669.76 of which $23,273.36 is for
direct charges and $1,396.40 is fee. The funds provided
herein will enable eight Cooper personnel to remain at EPG
for one month longer than anticipated, namely, through
June 30, 1958.
