in Table 5.3, some data were obtained from two K-17C cameras and from two Eclairs. The measurements from these films agree fairly well with each other and tie in with the results from the 13.2 ground-based cameras. Figure 5.3 is the graph of the data. All three curves are good to +3 percent for 4 minutes and becomepoorer thereafter. By 8 minutes the probable error is estimated to be of the order of +8 percent. This device, of lower yield than those used for Shots 1 and 2, went to a.lower ultimate altitude and did not have the thunderhead observed in prior shots. 5.5 SHOT 5.
