(3) amend subsection 212(b) by changing “Senate Committee on Interior and Insular Affairs.” to “Senate Committee on Energy and Natural Resources.’”’. oo In the Act of June 27, 1960 (74 Stat. 220), as amended (16 U.S.C. 469): (1) amend subsection 5(c) by deleting “Interior and Insular Affairs Committee of the United States Congress” and byinserting in lieu thereof “Committee on Interiur and Insular Affairs of the House of Representatives and Committee on Energy and Natural Resources of the Senate”. (2) after section 7, add the following new section: “Sec. 8. As used in this Act, the term ‘State’ includes the several States of the Union, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, the Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands, and the Commonwealth of the 'SC AGOI-3.
