The construction program, which is being undertaken by the Armed Forces
for tne Commission, will consist of the installution of complete fecilitics,
including housing, utilities, communications, protwctive structures, instrumentation
circuits, and control una observation posts. Seme of the military installations
used during the war will be rehabilitated.
